Join us in making a meaningful impact at The Avery Foundation's 7th Annual Founders Gala, an evening of elegance, inspiration, and philanthropy. As a sponsor, your support will help us continue our mission of assisting individuals and families affected by cancer. The Gala will be held on September 6th at the Grand River Center in Dubuque, IA. Alex Dixon, CEO of DRA as our emcee, the evening features a keynote speech by Jeffrey Johnston, a silent and live auction, and a delightful dinner.
Sponsorship Levels:
GAS
Mileage reimbursement for traveling from home to treatment centers is available at $0.45 per mile based on Mapquest.
What we help with:
LODGING
Lodging reimbursement, including extended hotel stays, is available for up to $125 per night, with a receipt
required.
MEALS
Meal reimbursement is up to $10.00 per person for breakfast, $12.50 per person for lunch, and $20.00 per person for dinner, with receipts required.
AND MORE
Other assistance may be available for costs of comfort, medications, or medical equipment and supplies not covered by insurance.

Applicants must live in the counties of: Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, and Jackson in Iowa; Grant and Lafayette in Wisconsin; Jo Daviess in Illinois. All completed applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and a decision provided to the applicant within 30 days of receipt. Information will remain confidential. Payment is not guaranteed.
